RETURN & REFUND POLICY
The purpose of this Return Policy is to give reassurance to customers when buying products on 961SMARTRONTEX.
(1) Any return request is subject to the approval of 961SMARTRONTEX.
(2) Return request must be made within 3 days of receipt shipment.
(3) The table below sets out our return policy with respect to certain product categories:

| Customer has received a wrong product or is not as described in the Site.Customer has received a damaged product. | Product must be in its original and unbroken packaging and tags along with any accessories and free of charge items if applicable.For Electronics, open products will be accepted only if it is different from description or picture displayed. |
| Customer has changed his mind. | For All Categories, product must be in its original and unbroken packaging and tags along with any accessories and free of charge items if applicable. For Non-returnable Products, refer to clause 4. |
(4) Non-Returnable Products
Customer does not have right to return a product if:
a. Product has been used or damaged by the customer. Not in the same condition as the customer received.
b. Product is consumable which has been used or installed.
c. Product with tampered serial number.
d. Product is classified as hazardous goods.
e. Product falls under specific categories, including consumables, personal care and health care, and any hygiene related products.
