JBL designed their Tour Pro+ true-wireless earbuds with business professionals in mind. JBL’s special noise cancelling circuitry can adapt to the sounds around you. So now that air travel is back, that means it can help neutralize the plane engine drone. But it can also adjust itself to better knock out distractions when you’re back in your home office.

Music plays wirelessly via Bluetooth version 5.0, a strong, more reliable version of Bluetooth. That means a more stable connection for playing music and podcasts — or making calls — with your phone. Whether you’re putting in work or on the move to your next task.

Comfortable, secure fit

JBL includes five sizes of silicone ear tips, designed to avoid pressure points and fit securely. There are also two sizes of optional “stabilizers” to keep the earbuds from moving around while you’re on the go. That helps ensure you get consistent sound and better noise cancellation.

Stay safe when you’re out and about

When you need to be aware of your surroundings, you can turn off  the active noise cancellation and activate JBL’s “Smart Ambient” feature. This uses the built-in mic to increase the volume of ambient sounds, so you can hear what’s going on around you — even while you wear the earbuds.

You can further fine tune the level of noise cancellation versus external sounds with JBL’s free, downloadable My Headphone app. It’s available for Apple® and Android™.

We’ve visited their U.S. headquarters in California and seen their impressive testing facilities — they take this stuff seriously. It’s helped them develop a sound profile that’s been proven to satisfy most listeners.

For the Tour Pro+, that means detailed, well-rounded sound out of the box. But with the My Headphone app, you can fine-tune the audio settings to your tastes, or pick from JBL’s sound presets.

Some convenient, on-the-go controls

JBL added some nice touches to make these earbuds extra-useful. You have touch controls out of the box over music, calls, and noise cancellation. And after a one-time setup through the My Headphone app, you can tap either earbud to access voice control through your smartphone.

A carrying case that recharges your earbuds wirelessly

The Tour Pro+ earbuds offer up to eight hours of on-the-go music listening with a full charge (six with noise cancellation “on”). When it’s time to refuel, you just click them into the included charging carrying case. This pocket-sized case can bank up to 24 hours of power to recharge your earbuds. And you can even place the case on a compatible Qi charger (not included) to refresh the charge wirelessly.
